Raspberry and White Chocolate Celebration Brownies from Sainsburys Magazine May 2013 issue

I had delayed trying out this recipe, as I somehow wanted a special occasion on which to serve the brownies. In the end I made them for a rehearsal for ‘As you Like it.’ I think that my brownies looked as good as the ones in the photo. All who tasted them declared them beautifully moist. These are not brownies to be kept in the tin and matured, as they contain cream cheese, so they really need to be eaten up quite quickly! They would work well as part of a birthday tea.
