Magazine Cover Recipes - Macaroni Cheese with crunch crumb and pancetta

This is a twist on a classic and a lovely warming winter dish. Infusing the milk for the sauce is always worth the extra time and gives depth to the flavour of the sauce. Paul and Jess both enjoyed the dish. My only criticism would be that I found the proportion of pasta to sauce too high. I prefer a wetter dish, but this could be my personal preference with which not all would agree.

Worth doing again with the addition of the bread and bacon.
